TERMS OF SERVICE
Big Tyme Baseball

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Big Tyme Baseball training services, travel baseball programs, merchandise sales, and any related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By registering, purchasing, or participating in any of our Services, you agree to these Terms.

 
1. Eligibility
To participate in any lessons, training programs, or travel ball activities provided by Big Tyme Baseball, you must:

Be of legal age to contract or have a parent/guardian’s consent.
Submit all required registration forms and waivers.
Be medically cleared to participate in athletic activities.
 
2. Hitting Instruction & Training Services
2.1 Scheduling & Payments
All lessons must be booked in advance through Big Tyme Baseball’s scheduling system or contact method.
Payment is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.
Package purchases must be used within [X] months of purchase.
2.2 Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:

Loss of session credit, and/or
A cancellation fee of [amount].
Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges.
2.3 Coach Availability
Coach assignments and schedules may change depending on availability.
Big Tyme Baseball reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to emergencies, weather, or facility limitations.
 
3. Travel Baseball Program
3.1 Fees & Payments
Travel team fees include [list items: coaching, uniforms, tournament fees, field rentals, admin costs, etc.].
Additional expenses such as travel, lodging, meals, and equipment are the responsibility of the player/family.
All fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing by Big Tyme Baseball.
3.2 Player Expectations
Players must:

Attend practices, games, and team events as scheduled.
Demonstrate sportsmanship, respect, and effort.
Follow Big Tyme Baseball team rules, staff instructions, and facility guidelines.
Failure to comply may result in reduced playing time or removal from the program without refund.

3.3 Playing Time
Playing time is not guaranteed.
Coaches determine playing time based on skill level, effort, team needs, attitude, and conduct.
3.4 Injuries
Parents/guardians must disclose relevant medical information.
Injuries must be reported to Big Tyme Baseball staff immediately.
Big Tyme Baseball is not responsible for medical expenses; families assume all risks associated with athletic participation.
 
4. Merchandise Sales
4.1 Orders & Payments
All Big Tyme Baseball merchandise must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Prices, availability, and product descriptions may change without notice.
4.2 Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only.
Big Tyme Baseball is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or suppliers.
4.3 Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within [X] days for unused, unworn, and undamaged items.
Custom or personalized items may be non-returnable.
 
5. Assumption of Risk
Participation in baseball activities involves inherent risks, including injury. By participating in Big Tyme Baseball lessons, practices, games, events, or training, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with athletic participation.

 
6. Waiver & Release of Liability
You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Big Tyme Baseball, its owners, coaches, staff, affiliates, and facilities from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from:

Participation in baseball training or travel ball activities,
Use of Big Tyme Baseball facilities, or
Travel to and from team events.
 
7. Code of Conduct
7.1 Player Conduct
Players must:

Treat teammates, coaches, officials, and opponents with respect.
Avoid harassment, bullying, violence, or disruptive behavior.
Maintain a positive attitude and strong effort on and off the field.
7.2 Parent/Guardian Conduct
Parents/guardians agree to:

Support all players and respect umpires and coaches.
Refrain from negative sideline coaching or interference.
Address concerns privately with Big Tyme Baseball staff.
Violations may result in removal from events or program dismissal.

 
8. Media Release
By participating in Big Tyme Baseball programs, you grant permission for Big Tyme Baseball to use your or your child’s photos, videos, and other media for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing.

 
9. Refund Policy
Training fees, team fees, and merchandise fees are generally non-refundable.
Exceptions may be granted only if Big Tyme Baseball cancels a program or service.
 
10. Privacy Policy
Big Tyme Baseball collects personal information solely for registration, communication, payment processing, and operational purposes. We do not sell or share your information except as required to provide services or comply with law.

 
11. Modification of Terms
Big Tyme Baseball may update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued participation after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of [Your State]. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before litigation.
